Request for Applications 
The Request for Applications (2012-2013) for Komen Nebraska Community Health Grants is available here. The RFA is built around the Affiliate’s priority areas identified in the Community Profile.

The RFA also sets the rules for applying for Komen Affiliate grants, including deliverables under the grant contract, evaluation criteria, grants structure and budget and other qualifying guidelines that must be met before the proposal is sent to review.

RFA Mailing List
We will provide the Request for Applications, instruction for applications, and templates that constitute the entire Application package. Annually, the RFA becomes available in August.
